A Backpack

You need a strong backpack which will hold and carry a lot of stuff. This is especially important if you are travelling to a new and unknown place. Even if you have a big luggage, keep your backpack with you. You don’t want to drag a huge luggage while on the run.

Weapon

For zombie survival you need a few weapons ready in your back pack. You could carry a cross bow, machete, knives, and a handgun. Make sure that you can use it and keep more than one option.

You Will Need Tools And A Guide

First aid kit and light

Be prepared for emergency situations with a light source like a torch and match box. Additionally, have enough bandages, alcohol, medicine and small knives to treat injuries. A first aid kit is also important so that you can handle minor cuts and scratches all on your own. This will also make you helpful to others who might be in the same situation as yours.

Food and Water

Water is life, so you should have a durable water bottle and purifications tablets. Also make sure to carry some non-perishable food item so that you can last a few days without external help. Along with these you could do with a sleeping bag, extra socks, hiking boots and anything that you feel is important for your survival. Also sure that your family and friends know where you are and keep communicating as much as you can.

Finally, I never thought that one needed to be prepared for a zombie attack. But then again, I was not aware of it as a practical condition and not just folklore. My conception changed when I saw a friend suffer from a zombie attack last year (He got addicted to “Walking Dead”). Ever since then I have kept my zombie survival kit and zombie knives ready and would advise you to do so as well.

There is a zombie outbreak in the entertainment field. Zombies have become one of the most popular and universal topics of amusement. They have brought in a complete package of suspense, thrill, horror and drama which is being used in different forms of zombie entertainment. What goes inside the brain?

Understanding the zombie psych, their behavioral patterns, needs, strengths and weakness will help you to combat them. Though there have been many different conclusions on why the zombies feed on human flesh and keep walking even after being dead it still remains a mystery. A practical explanation is that the brain reanimates itself due to some chemical reaction even after all other organs have failed. It could be triggered by some viral or drug reaction. In fact, recently in Texas there have been cases of zombie attacks triggered by drugs.

Here are some of the physical features of the zombies:

• Since the zombies cannot speak they growl and snarl to draw the attention of the other zombies and communicate with them.

• The only need that the zombies have is of feeding on human flesh.

• A zombie cab see you if you are in his line of vision, but gradually they lose their sight.

• Zombies can also smell your presence.

• Their strongest power is their hearing power.

• They move in groups.

• Physically they are just as powerful as they were in their human form, nothing more.

Here are some of the most dangerous types of zombies.

Children Zombies

You know children they are all evil underneath the skin. Children zombies are very difficult to locate because they are small in size and fast to move. The good thing is that they are physically less powerful which makes them easy to eliminate. You could use melee weapon to kill these zombies.

Crawling zombies

Crawling zombies are just as dangerous as the children zombies because they are always on the ground below the eye level. You could be attacked by one without even noticing them.

Obese Zombies

The zombie psych of the obese ones are to try and crush you under them so that you are helpless. Their disadvantage is also their weight which makes them slow and sluggish.

Zombie Dogs

They are the most dangerous form of zombies that must be eliminated as soon as possible. It is advisable to use a firing or range weapon against them.
