happy new year’s from the jelly kings
so here we are again
last month we completed our third tour as a band and it was exceptional. every show was solid and it couldn’t have been possible without all of the help we received from old friends and new friends as well. so a huge thank you to everyone who helped with a show, helped with a place to stay, and came out to see us during our excursion (especially those select few who drove multiple hours to come hang, thus blowing our minds). since then we have pretty much kicked back and relaxed as a group, playing a few shows here and there, but mostly trying to get back on our feet with jobs and the like.
the test presses for the мища split 7” have come in, so it is only a matter of time until those will be available. a split with our hometown dudes Completely Fucked has been released on tape with plans to be pressed as a 7” when they return from their current tour. a third split with our best friends Two Knights entitled “No Scum Allowed” is in the works and will come to fruition whenever we figure out the details with those who are helping us release it. a final split with our desert buds Adobe Homes is planned and we will be recording two brand new songs for it in the coming days.
jon has been in seattle for the past week or so and returns tonight, marking the start of us writing for a new full length. it will be quite the bloodbath. we also have plans to head out to the west coast again this winter, potentially with The Reptilian, so watch for news on that.
“Tracing” has been placed for sale online. we have around half of the run of 150 left so if you are wanting one be wary of sleeping on it for too long.
that’s pretty much everything as far as inrdz is concerned with at the moment. we will continue to play shows in the area and the “shows” section of this site will be promptly updated to reflect where and when they will be happening.

we DO have a tour kickoff show. it’s the day before we leave, monday june 6th. info can be obtained here. help us gain some tour funds by showing up as we are young and restless and spend all of our money on pizza. we will definitely be releasing “Tracing” on vinyl at this show and we are hoping to have our split 7” with мища as well but there is a very slight chance we will not quite have those in our hands yet. 2 new shirt designs will be available, one involving a chameleon eating pizza and drinking beer and the other consisting of feline prowess.
besides the upcoming tour nothing is really going on with inrdz at the moment. when we get back home we plan on recording a couple of new ones and then possibly kicking back a bit and start working on a full length? who knows.

we have recorded 5 new songs that are caught up in the mixing/mastering/being made badass phase. 2 of these will be on a split 7” with those мища dudes, released by Texas Toast DIY. the remaining 3 songs have yet to be geared towards any particular release, more splits?? get at us.
the vinyl release of “Tracing” is still happening. going to be a one sided 12”, covers hand screened by our friend Harrison Hickok. submitting to the plant next week, which means these will definitely be ready and available by the time our summer tour rolls around in june, BADASS.
